James Martinez is not a reliable testimonial when it comes to the importance of Walter Bowart.
I knew and worked with Walter Bowart from Dec.3, 1979, until a month before he died on Dec.18, 2007.

James did not get seriously involved with Walter until 2000 when Walter finally got free of being on probation for a drug “framing” in Paradise, Arizona, in 1994.
Walter moved to Los Angeles in late 1999-early 2000 to work on getting Oliver Stone to make a film about Walter’s 1978 book, OPERATION MIND CONTROL.
James was involved in that failure.
Then, James and Walter set up their FREEDOM OF THOUGHT “consultancy” and started creating Volume Two of OPERATION MIND CONTROL.
They closed the book (first edition, at least) quoting and recommending Marshall McLuhan and myself, Bob Dobbs, for further research.
I’ve been broadcasting Walter Bowart and Marshall McLuhan’s research for over 40 years – in Toronto, New York, and Maui (since Jan., 2009).
I am the world’s leading expert on post-MK-Ultra information.
James presents an amateurish (and essentially fraudulent) synopsis of my broadcasting content.
