Robert O’Driscoll, a colleague of McLuhan at St. Michael’s College, organized a series of conferences on “Celtic Consciousness”.
O’Driscoll later got into an academic scandal when he published “NATO AND THE WARSAW PACT ARE ONE” (1990). He ended up running down Yonge Street with no clothes on.
