Eric Kierans to Marshall McLuhan | 25 November 1969
Mr. Eric Kierans was the Minister of Communications in Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau’s cabinet between 1969 and 1971. McLuhan was a member of a committee that named Canada’s first satellite. Leonard Cohen was also on the committee.
