In January, 1992, Bob self-published his PHATIC COMMUNION WITH BOB DOBBS, a major manifesto responding to the death of the Android Meme as a constitutive force from 1960 to 1990.
The arrival of the Internet/Web 1.0 for the planet in 1993-95 was the after-image of the Android Meme until March 18, 2009.
Standing beside Bob is SkyGoddess Sue’s son, Brendan Croskerry, who made this video 16 years later in April 2008 in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Bob always wrote a personal message to anyone he knew who received a copy of this book.

This is the display in an HMV store in Toronto for “Bob’s Media Ecology,” the first CD created by Dave Newfeld and funded by Nelson Thall, released on April 22, 1992.
Bob had nothing to do with the creation of this album and received no monies from the sales of the CDs—even though the CD contains many excerpts [donated freely by Bob to Dave Newfeld] from Bob’s radio show with Myke Dyer on CKLN-FM.
Gerry Fialka visits Bob in the Summer of 1992 where he makes a series of Pixel interviews on the balcony off the roof of Bob’s home. Some of these are available on Bob’s Timeline [see March 1993].
Bob holding his trophies from his days of playing Ball Hockey in the Halifax-Dartmouth league in the 70s. He’s standing on the balcony off the roof of his home. The T-shirt made by Nelson Thall and Bob states:
“MEDIAFAST ’92—don’t be there.”
Since Bob was not allowed on CKLN-FM that year, Bob suggested everybody stop providing content for the media.
